Figure Drawing 2-1-2012

I had fun playing with colored pencils and markers on my new moleskine. The top image is a compilation of several layers of blind contours, which is a technique in which the artist looks only at the model, and not at the paper. I've decided I don't like using graphite on this paper, it sits too high, rather than settling nicer into the grooves of a more textured paper...
